German White
In the Porcelain family of garlic, it is one of the most popular. Known for its strong flavor even after cooking and it's easy to peel large cloves. A versatile garlic that is great in any dish and has an excellent storage life.
Korean Red
Asiatic hardneck garlic produces very hot, large cloves making it great for all your spicy dishes. It produces 6-10 large, easy to peel cloves with a strong, savory taste that will go perfect in your stir-fries, pickling or that spicy salsa we all love. When stored properly it can store for approximately 5 months.
Georgian Fire
In the Porcelain family originating from The Republic of Georgia, this hardneck garlic has a strong, robust flavor with a rich, hot and spicy finish. Georgian FIre's powerful flavor and great spice makes this a farm favorite. A pretty garlic with streaks of purple with 4-8 large cloves and good storage life.
Romanian Red
A great hardneck garlic in so many ways! Romanian Red is in the Porcelain family and produces large heads with big cloves and a hot, long lasting flavor with a great storage life. This garlic is known for its high allicin content. Allicin is associated with several health benefits due to its antioxidant, antimicrobial and potentially cardioprotective properties.
